OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID
(IF ANY) FOR ACCESSING THE SITE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Michigan for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
